30-day money-back guarantee
You can return any unopened or partially used product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. No questions asked.
How to start a return
- Email {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with a return shipping address and instructions.
- Ship the product back. Original shipping fees are non-refundable; you cover return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will:
- Replace the item at no cost, or
- Issue a full refund including original shipping, your choice.
You will not be asked to ship damaged or incorrect items back at your expense.
Subscription refunds
You can cancel or skip any Subscribe & Save shipment up to 24 hours before the scheduled charge by logging into your customer account or emailing us. Once a subscription order has shipped, the standard 30-day return policy applies to that shipment.

- Bundle packs that have had any individual product fully consumed
Refund timing
Once we approve your return, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
