Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Advanced Body Foods. Here's what to expect when you place an order.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii) and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping rates

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. Tracking information is sent to your email as soon as your order ships.

Tracking your order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order leaves our fulfillment center. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Advanced Body Foods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will help you file a claim with the carrier where possible. If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it at no cost.

Address changes

We can update the shipping address on an order if you contact us before it ships (typically within 24 hours of placing it). Once the order has shipped, we are unable to reroute it.
